About Not Basics Comfort Guarantee

The Comfort Guarantee policy applies to your first order placed on notbasics.co.uk, with the exception Last Chance to Buy products which are only eligible for an exchange/store credit. Last chance to buy items will be clearly marked on relevant products.

If you aren’t 100% happy with the fit & feel of your products, you can return them for a full refund or exchange them for free within 30 calendar days of placing your order. After 30 calendar days from purchase, this policy no longer applies unless your order arrived outside of the expected delivery window.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition with no sign of wear with the hang tags still attached. Please read the return rules for our different products below:

Bras & Bralettes

Bralettes can be tried on for size & fit, but they must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear & the hang tag still attached. Items returned with deodorant stains or makeup marks will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned back to you and your chosen address.

Boxers, Briefs & Thongs

Our Comfort Guarantee covers trying on one pair of each style and size in your first order. Outside these first pairs, any duplicate pairs in your order must be unopened, unworn, and unwashed in order to be eligible to return.

For example, if you receive 5 x briefs in the same size & style, start by opening & trying on one pair. If this pair isn’t the perfect fit, please return it alongside the remaining four pairs which should be unopened and unworn.

Bodysuits, Tops & Leggings

Bodysuits, tops & leggings can be tried on for size & fit, but they must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear & the hang tag still attached. Items returned with deodorant stains or makeup marks will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and will be returned back to you and your chosen address.

Socks

We accept returns on any pairs that are unworn and are still in their original wraparound packaging.

Please note: Shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other fees associated with your order such as exchange and transaction fees are non-refundable.
