What is your exchange policy for UK orders?Updated a year ago

If you’d like to try your order in another style or size, you will be eligible for a free exchange. We will pay for the shipping for you to return the original item to us and ship the replacement to you.

We will only pay for shipping on your first exchange. If you require further exchanges you can do so but will be required to pay to ship the item back to us and for the shipping cost associated with sending the second exchange product to you.

If after doing an exchange on your order you decide you would like to return it for a refund, you will need to do so within 14 days of your exchange item being delivered. We will not be able to cover the shipping cost of an exchanged item being returned to us for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition with no sign of wear with the hang tags still attached. Please familiarise yourself with our full returns policy before requesting a return to ensure your products will be eligible.
