What happens if my order doesn't fit?Updated a year ago

UK Customers:

If you aren’t 100% happy with the fit & feel of your products, you can return them for a full refund or exchange them for free within 30 calendar days of placing your order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition with no sign of wear with the hang tags still attached. Please read our full returns policy linked here.

Customers Outside Of The UK:

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, as a small business, we’re unable to cover the shipping costs of international returns and exchanges unless the product is faulty. We will send you a pre-paid returns label to use to send back your order, and the cost of this will be deducted from your total refund amount. You can learn more about our shipping rates here.

We’re not able to facilitate international exchanges at this time, but rest assured it’s something we’re working on. If you’d like to exchange your order for a different style and/or size, you will need to request a refund based on the international refund policy above and place a new order.
