How long does it take to get a refund/exchange?Updated a year ago

We do our best to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. Once we have received your returned items, we usually process a refund or exchange within 1-2 business days.

If you haven’t heard from us after more than 3 business days of your returned items being delivered, please get in touch at [email protected].

You will receive an automatic email notification once your refund has been processed. It can take up to 10 business days to reach your bank account depending on your banking institution (but in our experience, it’ll likely come through a lot faster!).
