How long does it take to get a refund/exchange?Updated a month ago

We do our best to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. Once your returned items arrive with us, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

You’ll receive an automatic email notification as soon as your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account (though in most cases it’s much quicker).
