Simply head to our returns centre, fill in the form (it’ll only take 30 seconds!), and we'll reach out to you as soon as possible to process the return.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you a print-at-home returns label which you can pop on the box and send your Not Basics products back to us in their original packaging. 

Once we've received your original items, we can issue your refund or exchange. 

Please note: you will not receive a full refund if your order is returned in a state that is not compliant with our returns policy. If your returned products don't qualify for a refund, we will return them to you at the address listed on your original order.
