Are returns free?Updated a year ago

We currently offer free returns to UK customers whereby we pay for the return shipping and process a refund of the full amount of items ordered excluding the original shipping cost. To be eligible for a full refund, your order will need to be returned in its original condition with no sign of wear with the hang tags still attached.

We’re unable to offer free returns to customers returning orders from outside of the UK.
